Ron joined EPM in July 2015 and has over 20 years in customer service.

Having previously used his skills as a print estimator, Ron has also held management and leadership roles in other small copy and printing businesses.

His knowledge of different processes, schedules and print requirements makes him the man to talk to when you need something delivered on time and to the right address.

When not in charge of dispatch, Ron likes nothing more than a bit of fishing, surfing the waves or spending time with his family.
